Ellidiss Software’s technical support organization is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest quality support services. 

The service that is provided as part of the annual maintenance charge is as follows:

  • Unlimited Telephone / Email Problem Submission
  • No charge software updates including maintenance and functionality releases
  • Support for current and one previous minor release
  • Calls are responded to between 9am – 5pm GMT during weekdays, excluding holidays
  • Next business day response for after-hours calls
